A time for sharing

Primary 2 were lucky enough to be visited by Primary 6/7 yesterday as part of our World Book Day celebrations.  The Primary 2 children shared some of their favourite stories with Primary 6/7.  They enjoyed being read to by the “big” children and it was a lovely way to promote the joy of reading.

Holyrood Palace Visit

World Book Day

The nursery children celebrated some of World Book Day with P5/6 .

They shared stories together, the nursery told P5/6 the story of the Gruffalo using puppets and Jenna and Idris read a story to all the nursery children.

World Book Day in P3………..TAKE 2!!

We finally had the opportunity to celebrate World Book Day 2018!  There was a great selection of costumes and most people brought their chosen book.  Primary 3 and Primary 5 got together to do some shared reading.  It was great to see such a huge variety of books.

Sharing our Learning in P3
